TRAINING PLANS

Training Plans are available, designed by the team coaches.

  • Independent Triathlete – Training Plan Only.
  • Critiqued Plan – Training Plan with written feedback and weekly plan alterations.
  • Coach Contact– Training Plan with written feedback, weekly plan alterations, weekly contact & emails with coach.
  • Group Share Plan –up to 4 athletes who will hold each other accountable and follow the same training plan.
  • Individual Training Plan – Training plan with written and oral feedback, weekly plan alterations, weekly contact, text & emails and weekly meetups with coach for training.

If you are interested in a training program meet us at one of our weekend training sessions and have a chat with coaches about your goals and training needs.

COACHING

All Coached Athletes receive.

  • Testing – HR and pace zones .
  • Goal Setting.
  • Race planning.
  • Strength and drill videos.
  • Training & Race Day Nutritional Guidelines.
  • Verbal & written feedback/review and Unlimited communication with your coach via email or phone.
  • Scheduled Weekend Coached Team Workouts.

TRIATHLON COACHING – You receive a customized training plan with all of the components of your workouts prescribed (warmup, cool down, intensity, duration, videos) for swimming, biking, running, and strength/core guidelines.

You will meet with your coach weekly for critique, follow up and discussion.

SWIM COACHING – You will receive a customized training program which focuses on your form, technique, speed and endurance. You will meet with your coach weekly for critique, follow up and discussion.

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM – Don’t know how to swim, no worries. Our ALS Program will give you the foundation to .
